This episode was very interesting, not only because of Uncle Andy.
I really like this new character. I love his accent most of all, (he's voiced by comedian Lewis Black), but I also like his appearance, his plane, and his attitudes. I like everything about him, and he's what made this episode a solid 10/10.
Aside from Andy, I also liked the Thanksgiving feast they had. It reminded me of the Peanuts Thanksgiving special. I liked the self-deprecatory humor from Lapis and the other Gems, and I loved the orange-tinted backgrounds. The "illegal aliens/Martian refugees" comments were hilarious.
The only problem I had with this episode was in the beginning. Lapis and Peridot seemed kinda OOC when Andy first showed up. It was like they overreacted. However, the episode over all was wonderful.

I see Peridot has finally managed to create new robots for herself.
Oh, and that Pumpkin Dog was very sweet. Good thing Steven knew how to not make another Watermelon Steven situation with it.
Also, so this means Steven is really "Steven DeMayo"? And does that make Greg's marriage certificate invalid? Also if the Gems aren't legal citizens, how have they gotten past this for hundreds of years?

Greg mentioned that he changed it, so I assume he went to a notary or whomever and had it legally altered prior to meeting Rose and siring Steven.
Also, the Gems don't have much contact with humans. Rebecca mentioned once that humans are vaguely aware of Gems on Earth, but they don't meddle with them. My guess is the Gems don't experience much contact with human civilization. Or, perhaps, the Gems are thought of as just humans with some differences, since they are basically women.
