And therein lies the problem. We're too lax. I'm not saying we should be Nazis or Fascists, but I'm saying we need to enforce our rules on both old members and newcomers, regardless of how much we like them.

I propose a three-strike system regarding repeat offenders. 1st strike: verbal warning. 2nd strike: one-week ban. 3rd strike: permanent ban. These may come across as harsh, but that's the point. If you want to misbehave, you can do it somewhere else.

But seriously though we need a SIMPLE set of guidelines and we need to enforce the FUCK outta it.

Everyone would be too afraid to give out strikes knowing that they would put the person on permanent leave. If I were to a receive a strike for starting a political argument, I'd only be one mistake away from a week ban and two more away from a terminated account.

I do believe that we need a stricter system, reaching 100% is difficult so I propose having the first time ban be permanent. Should warnings be erased given enough time without deviance?

After a certain span of time, yes. Let's give a person 30 days to get their shit together, and then we can email them about lifting the ban.

A warning will be given if a rule in broken. Warnings come in percents. When your warnings add up to 100%, it will result in a permanent ban.
